Panasonic ties up with COMSAT MAX for VSAT
National Panasonic India has tied up with COMSAT MAX, to provide Hybrid VSATs (Very Small Aperture Terminal services). These VSATs will provide Lotus notes as well as Oracle connectivity across all their 14 locations. The VSAT service provider has installed these VSATs to network their main plant located at Noida with all other regional offices located all across the country. It will help the their regional offices to access the main plant for Data application. In addition National Panasonic is looking for International connectivity to their worldwide network Pananet.
COMSAT MAX has installed VSAT network in various companies like Castrol India, Citibank, UTI Bank, IPCL, Hero Honda, MasterCard, VISA and among others.
The network will provide a wide range of communication services to the company for Wide Area Networks (WANs). The networks are designed and implemented to carry data, facsimile and voice traffic across the length and breadth of the country.

Some of our offices are located in remote areas and therefore does not have a dependable connectivity. Hence the VSATs will help the offices to remain in constant touch
in addition to Oracle implementation to ensure all business processes remain in sync."
